Background: Urinary stones are now a worldwide problem due to rise in occurrence over the past few decades. All racial and cultural groups have experienced this. Complex metabolic environmental risk factors both involved pathogenetic pathways of stone production. This disease affects roughly 12% world's population. Its recurrence rate is about 70% men 47% women. significantly increased prevalence 20 years, becoming global disease. Aim: review covers literature on medical therapy urolithiasis facilitate urinary passage their mechanism action light new data diagnosis different types tract stones. Method: A preliminary search related articles was obtained from three online databases PubMed, Sci.hub Google scholar whichwere used conduct systematic evaluation literature. Inclusion exclusion criteria screened initial results, 67 papers were chosen be appropriate for this following careful reading, analysis, evaluation. Results: Different methods (phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors, alpha blockers, calcium non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs surgical procedures (extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy,ureteroscopy)were thoroughly reviewed but among all them expulsion remove found larger faster channel blocker (CI 1.33-1.66) blockers(CI 1.152–7.45).
